It is just over a year ago we said a sad goodbye to little Jessie, Megan's precious French poodle. Yesterday we had the same hard decision to make and Sasha is now at peace and free of pain but he will leave a big gap in our lives. From a tiny kitten he was a total gentleman. As the patriarch cat in our kitty family he tolerated the other delinquent kittens with patience and love although he did sit on Mischka in total frustration when pushed too far. Sasha was some 14 years old and perhaps the last 12 months were a little too stressful for him but he had coped so well with the move and all the adventures. Rest in peace my sweet kitty.
With all the drama in our lives this week I have not had much time to do any sewing and take photographs but hope to get working again in the next few days. I have a collection of 'naked' bears on my table all asking to be dressed and I need to get motivated and working.
When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight. ~Kahlil Gibran
