A poignant day ..........

Today is the anniversary of the end of the 1st World War, known as the 'war to end all wars'.  How I wish this were true!

Today I will wear my poppy with pride in remembrance of all the lives lost and still being lost, both in the armed forces as well as civilians involved in conflicts around the world.
