Changes..................

Well I once again have a new background for my blog. There are so many wonderful backgrounds available on the internet and a change they say is as good as holiday......' tho my background changes are frequent cannot say the same for the holidays!
All the crocus flowers are now in full bloom and quite amazing to look at.

There is a feeling of spring in the air although I am still scraping a layer of frost off my car each morning. The spring flowers are starting to brighten up the countryside and the bird happily eating at our feathered friends restaurant. This week we saw a beautiful woodpecker, green with a bright red head apparently one of the biggest woodpeckers to be found in England. Today whilst watching the birds I spotted an enormous brown rat eating all the fallen seed on the grass, quite brazen and not at all concerned until Max (the dog) spotted him and chased him awaw.
This weekend Bronwen is off to visit a friend in Maidstone so we are babysitting Max and will also be starting some serious househunting.
In the rush to complete all the bears for Hugglets I did not have time to add all the newest creations to our website. This cute little girl is wearing a dress edged with vintage embroidered ribbon which I found in France but the beautiful trim around her neck is something quite new and different. Megan had made a tatted cord with tiny leaves which I then trimmed with tiny pink crochet flowers and pearls. The six flowers took me several hours to make as they are rather a fiddle but the end result is something quite special and definitely to be repeated. This little girl is now in Puppenhaus Museum in Switzerland.

 Have a great weekend............

I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too. So we're not that different, me and you. ~ Colin Raye

Thank you Pat. I must admit to being my own worst critic and go through weeks of worry before a show disliking everything I create and then discovering that collectors like my bears after all!

Hi Wendy
Thank you so much for visiting over at my place, so I could come here and sign up as a follower on your blog.
Love those photos of the crocus - we haven´t any spring flowers over here yet.
Your little creations are so cute.
Looking forward to see you too in september.

Wendy your creations are so beautiful and I am grateful that you would stop by my place so I could discover them.
Your crocus made me smile, since mine are still under snow, I can enjoy these instead.
hugs
